Retreats and Group Communications

Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment credentials. PayPal’s use of your personal and financial information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Services Provided
We provide coaching, hypnosis, and wellness-related services intended for personal development and self-improvement. These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals. DISCLAIMER: All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Meaning, you will become as relaxed and induced as you allow yourself to become. If for some reason you’re not able to induce into the ideal state for the regression to take place, AT the facilitating coach’s discretion they will choose another modality, intuitive energy healing or coaching, to achieve your objectives.
No Medical or Mental Health Advice
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Any information shared during sessions is for educational and personal growth purposes only.
Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.
Scheduling and Consultations
- Free consultations are intended to determine fit and readiness for services.
- Appointments are scheduled through Calendly.
- Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated.
Payments
- Payments are required after the consultation and before services are rendered.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Cancellation or rescheduling policies (including notice requirements or forfeited sessions) will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Client Responsibility
Results from coaching, hypnosis, or wellness services vary and depend on individual participation and commitment. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.
Confidentiality
Client information and session content are treated as confidential and stored securely, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety.

Updates to Terms
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Consultations
Free consultations are offered to determine fit and readiness for services. There is no obligation to purchase services following a consultation.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for services are due after the consultation and prior to service delivery.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, hypnosis, and wellness services, all sales are final once services have been rendered. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
If a client purchases a package or prepaid session and has not yet received services, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
- Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments. Full session fees apply.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue services if:
- A client repeatedly misses appointments
- A client engages in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate
- Services are no longer a good fit
Unused prepaid services in these cases may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
